Great location near West Lake and convenient for shops and restaurants. The Chinese restaurant was excellent and we enjoyed the food there. The renovated rooms were comfortable and nice.

The price of the breakfast was too high. The lack of maintenance and care for these facilities was evident.

We had a delightful stay at Grand Hyatt Hangzhou. The location was perfect, right on the eastern side of the lake, with easy access to nearby restaurants and shops. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. Despite a few minor issues with cleanliness and the view, overall I highly recommend this hotel.

Manager's personal call to ensure satisfaction is a nice touch. Delicious Hangzhou cuisine at Hubin Restaurant, especially the traditional Beggar's Chicken. Upgraded to a spacious and newly renovated suite with separate living room and large bathroom. Good breakfast with plenty of options. Attentive staff despite busy Saturday morning. Impressive facilities.

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the newly renovated rooms at Grand Hyatt. The design was tasteful, with electronic shades and a solid sliding bathroom wall for privacy. The streaming movies on the TV were a nice touch. Plus, the staff was experienced and professional, assisting us with transportation and extending our stay. we highly recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel by the lake in this city. The staff went above and beyond, especially those at the concierge desk who helped me with last-minute train tickets and calling a taxi. The location was perfect, right on the lakeshore of Westlake, and I enjoyed the beautiful view of the water from my room. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a comfortable bed, good shower pressure, and a delicious breakfast at 28 Hubin.

During my stay, I was delighted to find a hotel located in a bustling area close to stores and very near all the attractions. The rooftop garden gave me a great view of the city, and I enjoyed spending time there. The room was spacious and decorated tastefully, and the bathroom was cozy and spotless. The service was prompt and courteous and the breakfast offered a vast selection of delicious food. The streaming services on the TV made my stay much more entertaining.

I noticed that the gym facilities were a bit too small for my liking.
